The Housing Equity Fund primarily invests in value-add workforce housing, securing deals through equity ownership in rental communities, with subordinate equity in all transactions. It is focused on rental properties, including single-family homes, multifamily units, and RV communities.
Housing Lending REIT
The Housing Lending Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) stands out as a remarkably diversified fund, providing dependable returns, liquidity, and a reduced risk profile compared to similar funds.
It will feature a targeted net return of 9-10%, distributed on a monthly basis and an 8% preferred return prioritized before management fees.
First-position mortgages will be supported by real estate assets and reinforced by personal guarantees.
Preferred Credit Fund
The Preferred Credit Fund specializes in extending debt and preferred credit investments to established real estate sponsors known for their successful history in acquiring, repositioning, and constructing rental housing in the Sunbelt, specifically designed to cater to the affordability needs of working families.
